Terms of service
- Check-in: it is possible to check into your room starting at 1:00pm and onward, without limit on time.
- Check-out: within 12.00pm noon.
Cancellations completed within 48 hours before the date of your arrival will not incur any cost. Cancellations occurring less than 48 hours within your day of arrival or guests not showing up at all will incur the penalty fee equal to your first night's stay.
We unfortunately have to inform you that with the special ordinance N.230/33 of June 20, 2011, the City of Florence has created a city tourist tax that went into effect on July 1, 2011. This tourist tax is completely external from the hotel and, therefore, is not included in the hotel's applied rates you see listed here. The tourist tax has to be paid upon departure at the moment the entire stay is paid in full and is equal to 4 euros per person per night. The tourist tax is not applied to children under 10 years of age.
