We were very satisfied with our stay. The washroom was beyond our expectation. This was a major luxury (by European standards) for us. The only thing I could reproach was the bed in our room that seemed a little old and was a little uncomfortable. I was delighted to explore the great features of your hotel and enjoyed the sunset from the roof top patio. I would recommend you promote the use of these great features more and invite your guest to take advantage of them... what a view! I wished I would had taken my breakfast outside in your beautiful garden. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Firenze.

The staff were excellent, helpful and had the time to help us with our queries, we saw various staff and they were all excellent, attentive and responsive. We fully to intend to come back to Florence again in the future and will have no hesitation in booking with The Hotel Principe again. We appreciated the garden to sit in and read during the hottest part of the day, it was a lovely haven of peace and was in shade and was too nice not to use!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Principe. The first time was 26 years ago (our previous visit to Florence). We were very pleased with our stay 26 years ago and were equally pleased with this visit. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. We were especially pleased to meet Signora Bronzi when we are having breakfast one morning. We should note that we had to do a Google search on the name of your hotel to find information because you do not appear to be available through Expedia or booking.com, for example. Once we found your web site, we had no trouble making a reservation. Thank you for a very warm welcome and pleasant stay in Florence. We look forward to our next visit. Carlos Zarabozo and family
