Is there a car rental agency near the hotel?
Yes, at about 3 minutes walking by the hotel there are all the major rent-car company (Hertz, Avis, Maggiore, Europcar etc...)
Are the indicated prices per person or per room?
The prices indicated are per room.
Is breakfast included in the price? What kind of breakfast is served?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price. We offer our guests a buffet breakfast; on request, a continetal breakfast can be served conveniently in the room with no extra charge.
At what time we can have breakfast?
Our breakfast buffet is completely set up from 7: 15 a.m. to 10: 30
Does the Hotel have a car park?
The hotel has an inside garden used for parking. It is free, but the number of parking spaces is limited.
Does the hotel offer inside parking?
No, but we have an agreement with 2 supervised garages at 500 mt from the hotel, with a fee payment pick-up and delivery service
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes.
Are there any quiet and romantic rooms?
Our rooms are cosy and deliciously decorated with fabrics and precious marble; some have also a particularly romantic design, thanks to the sloping roof, overlooking the river. The rooms have double-glazing windows or French-windows and, those on the back overlooking the Italian style garden, offer more tranquillity.
How many floors has the hotel and are there lifts?
The hotel has 4 floors, as well as the ground floor intended for common area and reception and all plans are served by lift.
Is there a TV with satellite channels in the rooms?
Yes, all the rooms have satellite TV with international channels: CNN, BBC, ANTENNE2, DWELT.
Is there a telephone with direct external line in the rooms?
Yes.
Are the rooms equipped with modem plug and external phone line to connect to internet?
Yes, all the rooms are equipped with internet connection and Wi FI.
Is there air conditioning or heating in the rooms?
All rooms have air conditioning, at no extra charge.
What in-room services are there?
All rooms have adjustable air conditioning or heating, at no extra charge. Rooms also have tv, safe and mini bar. There are towels, soap, shampoo, bathing caps, shoes sponges and a hairdryer in the bathrooms.
Do you have a restaurant?
No we don't, but there are plenty of good Trattorias, Restaurants and Wine-Bars in the area. Our staff will be happy to give suggestions.

At about 100 mt walking distance from the hotel have offices the most well-known car rental companies: Hertz, Avis, Europcar, Maggiore, Sixt. At the reception our staff will be at your disposal for reservations at the chosen agency.
Wher is it possible to reserve tickets to museums and organized tours?
At the reception you will receive all necessary information for a successful stay in Florence together with reservation for the major attractions and events the city offers. To visit the Uffizi Museum, we recommend reservations several days in advance.
Is there a wellness centre in the hotel?
No, there isn’t.
Are small animals admitted?
Yes, small animals are welcome, except for breakfast room. We recommend to not leave them alone in the rooms.
Can I pay by credit cards?
Yes, we accept all the major credit cards.

Cash, of course. And you can also pay in advance by bank draft.
What are the cancellation policies?
If not expressly notified in particular periods, are accepted cancellations without penalties up to hours 14:00 of the day before the arrival. In case of no show will be charged one night stay.
