26/04/2010 - J.M. (United States of America) We enjoyed our stay and loved the old world atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were accommodating about my daughter's special diet by providing alternative breakfast snacks and helping us to find restaurants we could try. The room was spacious, but a bit noisy on the street side. The bathroom was huge, but could use a shower curtain around the tub to keep water from spraying the floor. The room also needed a clock. We would return if visiting Florence again. Great location. |

27/09/2009 - A.F. (United Kingdom) The staff were excellent, helpful and had the time to help us with our queries, we saw various staff and they were all excellent, attentive and responsive. We fully to intend to come back to Florence again in the future and will have no hesitation in booking with The Hotel Principe again. We appreciated the garden to sit in and read during the hottest part of the day, it was a lovely haven of peace and was in shade and was too nice not to use! |
